About This Role

Outreach & Swag Bag Prep volunteers sign up for a single day to help staff get outreach materials ready ahead of community events — organizing informational materials, assembling swag bags, and prepping supplies so our outreach team walks into every event fully stocked.

What You Will Do

Tasks may include:

Organizing and restocking outreach materials
Assembling and filling swag bags
Sorting promotional items by event or audience
Other duties as assigned
