About This Role
Boutique Assistants help keep the boutique sorted, stocked, and shopping-ready by working outside of scheduled shopping appointments, so participants always find a clean, organized, dignified space when they arrive.
What You’ll Do
- Sort and organize incoming donations by category, size, and condition
- Organize clothing racks by size, category, and season
- Restock shelves and the hygiene closet ahead of upcoming shopping appointments
- Flag damaged or unsuitable items for staff review
- Help maintain a clean, organized, boutique-style space throughout your session
