THE COLLECTIVE BOUTIQUE

ABOUT

The Collective Boutique is a boutique-style clothing closet at the Arise Center where women returning from incarceration can shop for clothing, accessories, hygiene items, and personal care essentials. Designed to feel more like a real shopping experience than a donation handout, the boutique gives participants the dignity of choosing what they wear as they step into the next chapter of their lives. Participants earn Arise Cash through program attendance and milestone achievements, which they use to shop during scheduled appointments.

As a Collective Boutique Attendant, you’ll be the face of that experience. You’ll welcome participants, manage appointments, assist with selections, and ensure the boutique is organized, welcoming, and running smoothly — all during a two-hour weekly shift.

This role is a great fit for someone who loves people, appreciates organization, and wants consistent, meaningful face-to-face engagement with the women we serve. No fashion experience required (but a plus!) — just reliability, warmth, and a genuine desire to show up.

Before applying, please review the full role description attached to this posting. It includes detailed information about shift schedule, responsibilities, training requirements, and what to expect as a Collective Boutique Attendant at Arise Collective.
